Recently, Honghua Company's OEM assembly project has rapidly increased in volume. To improve quality and efficiency and keep up with order demands, the company's technical and production teams have continuously explored and innovated, gradually improving the efficiency of multiple processes. For example, the original processing fixture for the window cleaning robot's anti-drop component could only hold 4 products at a time for the screw fastening process. The time spent on disassembling and assembling parts and turning over the fixture severely affected production efficiency. The production department immediately carried out process analysis and optimization, drawing on the mature experience of electronic assembly to find improvement methods. Finally, the process was upgraded by creating a hollow fixture, eliminating the need for the turning over process. The number of positions in the fixture was increased from 4 to 45, improving production efficiency by over 30%.
